my monitoring chart as attached below .. some improvement at least

mula2 tu rasa cam down sket sebab my weight tak turun2 .. naik lagi ada ..
but then when look at % of fat and muscle baru nampak actually weight increase because of muscle increase
inilah benefit nya kalau kita pakai peralatan canggih yg boleh read muscle and fat .. last time kalau dah exercise penat2 then tengok weight tak turun2 sure feel de-motivated, but now with this equipment we can see what changes yang berlaku .. which is cool :)
i've started climbing canada hill since 2nd June and until today me and ruth climbed everyday (ada lah i think 1 or 2 days we missed due to work habis lambat).. and i'm quite proud of myself for this achievement.. i've also started using treadmill every morning before going to office
what do i expect from these efforts?
1. Lose some weight .. then can buy all pretty baju hehe .. target turun one size a month .. hopefully boleh lah ek
2. Gi panjat mount KK
3. boleh pakai swimsuit without all the bulges from my body and hip!!
